Returns and refunds policy

We’re a small farm business and we want you to feel confident ordering from us

Change-of-mind

Because our products are personal care items, we can unfortunately not offer change-of-mind returns. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or in the unlikely event, no longer want the product. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


 

Faulty, damaged, or not as described (your ACL rights)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major problem or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, or refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours would be ideal) and provide:

  • Your order number
  • clear photos of the parcel and the product
  • a brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy as quickly as possible.


 

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to clear funds.
