Shipping policy
We pack and ship orders from our farm in regional New South Wales.
Order processing
- We endeavour to process our orders within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays).
- As we ship from a regional town, the local post office is not open on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed on weekends will be shipped immediately the following business day.
- During busy periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer - if so, we’ll note this on the website or contact you.
- Important note: Occasionally, the road to our farm may be flooded which can also delay shipping; if this happens you will be notified immediately, and your order will be shipped once it is safe for us to do so.

- Australia and New Zealand
- For other countries, please contact us
Shipping rates
- We ship with Australia Post.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping: We currently do not offer free shipping, but will do so at a later date
Delivery timeframes (after dispatch)
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
- Metro areas: approx. 3-6 business days
- Regional areas: approx. 4-10 business days

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery issues / wrong address
- We kindly ask that you please double check your delivery address at checkout.
- However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-send it once the parcel is returned (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours would be ideal) and provide:
- Your order number
- clear photos of the parcel and the product
We will make it right.
